Summer Strong Youth Lifting Camp

Welcome to the Summer Strong Youth Lifting Camp!

Come join us at Starting Strength Beaverton for a summer of lifting, learning, and getting strong! Our camp is for youth ages 11-18 who want to build strength for sports, activities, and life.

SS Beaverton Head Coach and former D1 collegiate strength coach Amanda Sheppard will guide young lifters in the fundamentals of barbell training, focusing on proper form and safety. ALL levels of experience and ability are welcome, whether you're a varsity athlete or a beginner who's never lifted. Wherever you're starting, you'll finish stronger - guaranteed!
